How do your rates work and what’s included?

Our standard hourly rate starts from £45, with flexible monthly retainers starting from a minimum of 10 hours per month, available to suit ongoing support needs. We also offer bespoke project packages for one-off assignments, as well as separate pricing for Spanish translation and interpreting services. Every package includes high-level professional support, confidentiality, and a commitment to delivering quality and efficiency in every task. Retainer packages are paid in advance, with a 1 month notice period.

Is it secure to outsource sensitive business tasks to a Virtual Executive Assistant?

Absolutely!  We operate the utmost discretion and professionalism. We hold full Professional Indemnity Insurance, Public Liability as well as ICO registration, and Cyber Insurance.  In addition, all devices are secured with BitLocker encryption.  We also provide a Data Protection Agreement (DPA), to ensure full compliance with GDPR, giving you complete peace of mind when sharing confidential information.

Once you decide to move forward, we begin with a seamless onboarding process designed to get us aligned quickly. This includes:

Once we’ve had a discovery call and agreed on the scope of support, onboarding can typically begin within 3–5 working days. You’ll receive a Welcome Pack, contract, and onboarding checklist to make the process smooth and efficient.

What if my needs change or I need to scale support up or down?

Our service is designed to be flexible. Whether you need to increase support during busy periods or scale back temporarily, we’ll work with you to adapt your package, so it aligns with your business needs.
